Brie and Cranberry Walnut Bundles

Sharing is caring!

Did you host Thanksgiving this year? If you did, I’m sure you have cranberry sauce left over like I do. I’ve tried serving it on the side with leftovers, but I still have a whole bowl. So, let’s put that cranberry sauce to good use and make some Brie and Cranberry Walnut Bundles for your Christmas get-together! Don’t fret if you don’t have homemade sauce left over—you can easily buy a can of whole berry cranberry sauce at the store.

These little bites are so yummy and delicious and are perfect for your next party. I always love to include at least one hot hors d’oeuvre at gatherings, and this one will definitely be the star of my girls’ Christmas get-together!

Not only are they pretty and scrumptious, but they’re also super quick and easy to make. Let’s dive into how to whip up these festive, melty bundles for your next celebration.

The Perfect Party Bite

One of the best parts about these bundles is their simplicity. Using Pillsbury Crescent Rolls as the base makes preparation a breeze. Here’s what makes these bites so irresistible:

Layers of Flavors

  • Creamy Brie: The centerpiece of each bundle, Brie melts beautifully, adding a rich, decadent touch.
  • Sweet and Tart Cranberries: Whether you use leftover homemade sauce or a store-bought version, cranberry sauce brings a festive burst of flavor.
  • Crunchy Walnuts: Finely chopped walnuts add texture and a nutty note that balances the creamy cheese and sweet berries.

The Finishing Touch

To elevate these bundles, brush them with egg white for a golden finish, and sprinkle with rosemary leaves for a touch of herbal freshness.

A light dash of Maldon Flaky Sea Salt is a must—it perfectly complements the sweetness of the cranberry and the tangy Brie.

How to Serve Brie and Cranberry Walnut Bundles

When these bundles come out of the oven, they’re bubbly, golden, and irresistible. Serve them hot for the ultimate gooey Brie experience, but rest assured, they’re just as tasty when cooled.

Pair them with a Charcuterie Board for a stunning appetizer spread. And, of course, a festive cocktail like the Santa Baby will complete the party vibe. These bundles are sure to be a hit with guests and will disappear in no time!

A Festive Must-Try

Brie and Cranberry Walnut Bundles are a crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s as easy to make as they are delightful to eat. Whether for a Christmas party, New Year’s Eve celebration, or just because, these bites will be the star of your spread. Enjoy them with loved ones and have a merry and flavorful holiday season!
