Equipment

  • 1 Saute Pan
  • 1 Baking Sheet in Foil
  • Toothpicks

Ingredients
  

  • 32 Pieces Tater Tot Rounds Make sure you buy the flat rounds to mimic a bun
  • 1 LB Good Quality Ground Beef
  • 1 TB Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Season Salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 16 Small Slices Cheddar Cheese Any Cheese of your Choice
  • 16 Small Pcs Fresh Green Lettuce
  • 16 Slices Fresh Red Onion or Regular Onion
  • 16 Chips Pickle or Small Pickles on Top

Dipping Sauces

  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup mixed with 1 TB Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Cook Tater Tots according to package on an oiled and foiled pan
  • Mix all ingredients with Ground Beef and form into small balls about the size of a ping pong ball then slightly flatten
  • Heat oiled pan to med high and fry meatballs for 2 minutes on one side then flip and cook for additional 2 minutes
  • Top with cheese of your choice and cover for one minute then remove
  • Assemble Cheeseburger Bites by putting little burger on a tater tot then top with onion, lettuce and pickle chip then top with additional tater tot and secure with a toothpick
  • If using mini pickles instead of chips put this on top and secure with the toothpick
  • Mix ketchup mixture and serve this and any additional sauces with the mini burgers
